Thank You, Ford Heacock

40 years ago the founder of our company, Heacock Classic Collector Car Insurance, founded something else, the Sportscar Vintage Racing Association (SVRA.) While Ford is no longer directly involved in our day to day operations here at Heacock Classic, we share a common ancestry with him with the SVRA. The same spirit, passion, and commitment that Ford captured from each member, then nurtured and grew into the SVRA prior to passing the SVRA leadership baton to Tony Parella exists within us. We understand that the sum of the individuals is much greater than just the organization itself and that is why we like to say our team here at Heacock Classic is trusted, dedicated and engaged.

In a word, we believe our company, Ford, Tony and each SVRA member are driven. Driven by a passion to achieve just a little bit better performance through all we do every day.

Competition drives performance and is fueled by passion, a passion for thriving on moments of success by never being satisfied, a passion for continual improvement toward a goal of excellence. Through it all, we know that despite never being able to achieve perfection, our efforts will make tomorrow a better day. For passion is at the heart of all good things and nothing truly great is ever accomplished without it.

So today, as we celebrate the 40th anniversary of the founding of the SVRA, we thank Ford Heacock for the passion-driven genetic make-up of Heacock Classic. We are proud to carry that legacy forward for we, understand what it took for you to create both the SVRA and Heacock Classic.

Like you, the SVRA, and the cars we love, we were created to be driven.
